Wyoming County Commission
The Wyoming County Commission is the library’s parent organization. They appoint members to the Library’s Board of Trustees who set library policy. The county director has an office at the Pineville Public Library and oversees all four branches and reports to the board. The branch managers handle the day-to-day operations at their branches.
The Library Commission
The West Virginia Library Commission provides funding and support to the Wyoming County Public Library. In order to receive funding from the library commission, a library must follow the library commission’s administrative regulations.

The board's regular meetings are held at the Pineville Public Library on the second Tuesday of each month at 11:00 AM. The meetings are open to the public. Please call (304)732-6228 to confirm the time and place of the meeting.
